Valuations

Valuations can be prepared for a multitude of circumstances. For example, a basic valuation report is a cost-effective way to ensure the asking or guide price of a property is satisfactory prior to marketing. Valuations may also be commonly used to settle matrimonial disputes, to enable a buyer to ensure a fair purchase price for a property, for feasibility when considering development, or for inheritance tax and probate purposes. The practice also has the ability to undertake insurance reinstatement assessments.

Both Edward McEwen and Martyn Timberlake are accredited by the RICS to carry out valuations (both are RICS registered valuers).
